We play and learn through arts and crafts, gross motor activities inside and in the Sports Court and Playground, reading, celebrating and sharing. A healthy snack is served and both paid and volunteer staff our screened for health and safety as well as being positive role models.
Academic Support
We believe that our neighborhood kids have the potential to change the world. Champion kids are the future, and so we do everything possible to invest ourselves into their educational, social, and spiritual development. The Champions program serves the community by providing safe, healthy, after-school activities in the Liberty Park neighborhood. This program is offered at no financial cost to families, and all kids age 5-12 are welcome to participate without discrimination. Kids play games, work on homework, or work on personal goals. All program activities are optional. Children are encouraged to pursue their intellectual and spiritual interests
Friendship
Liberty Park Champions form close friendships with other kids in their neighborhood. Our program gives kids a chance to make friends in a safe and loving environment.
Throughout the school year Christian mentors teach kids about love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Kids from all faiths are loved and taught valuable Christian principles to help them at home and in school.
